Worldwide: Standard delivery takes 4–6 business days from the date of shipment.
Shipping methods used are FedEx & DHL.
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and external factors such as carrier delays or customs processing.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once the order has shipped.
If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping (if any) will not be included in your refund amount.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become active after the shipping confirmation.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your shipment is significantly delayed or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us at contact@hregrow.com with your order number and tracking details.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to errors at checkout.
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or delivery failure, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to re-send it.
